Made $23,000 in deposits and won $37,000 on slots. Realized that I used the wrong card when making deposits and asked if they could be refunded out of my winnings. Casino said no so I asked for withdrawal of all winnings. Three weeks passed and then I received an email saying they were refunding all deposits to my card and closing my account. The casino then refunded $23,000 in deposits but cancelled out my $37,000 in winnings. This resulted in a $14,000 net loss to me which the casino refuses to pay.

Hi cbob1225,

what you did is called a chargeback. When a player request the refund of the deposits, all the earnings related to it are voided and the account is closed.

Not sure whats the complaint here, since you are recognizing you request the refund of everything you deposited.

Ill request Askgamblers team to review and close this case, since I cant assist you on this.

This is not entirely true. I originally asked for a refund and was told it was not possible. I was also told that if a refund was given I would lose my winnings. Based on that information I asked to withdraw my entire winnings of $37,000+. Three weeks later I received an email stating my deposits were refunded and my account was closed. Your site basically stole $14,000+ in winnings from me because you only reversed $22,000 in deposits. So you are incorrect in stating that this complaint is resolved.

Dear @cbob1225,
Do you have any evidence to back your statement. This is a case of chargeback.
