REFUND from Casino770

I tryed to withdraw my money which didnt work and was told i had to deposit £30 to make a withdrawal, which i was fine with and went ahead and done.
Later that day i tried to withdraw my moeny and it wouldnt let me so i contacted them and they said they would deal with it.
Then i got an email saying it was fixed, so i tried again and still it didnt work!
So i asked for a refund of just the £30 which i had to work very hard to get... then 'Gerard' told me i could get it if i withdrew it but now it is still not letting me?
All i want is my £30 back!!

 Are there any news in this case? We are informed that casino tried to contact a player, but without success.

Casino770 has contacted me, saying it has been refunded but i am still waiting!
