I requested a withdrawal of 1500 that was approved on the 16th of July, for 1240. I had met all the playthrough and bonus requirements, so I don't understand why it was reduced. It's now almost 4 weeks later and I still haven't received any information or confirmation of payment. The online chat just gives me the run around. Please explain this to me.

Hi Samuel--

I'm sorry for the frustration you've experienced with this.

The reason for the deduction on your payment is that bonuses are non-withdrawable. The bonus amount was simply removed from the total withdrawal.

As to your payment, the wire has gone off and I would expect that you'll see this reflected in your bank account, early next week.
