Why do it take forever to get my redraws and if there's that big problems to transfer to my bank why not sent it by mail they got all my details like they ask and still they not helping only promises that they paymeny team are working on it please can i get help same way to sort this issue

I sent you all my details not ones but manytimes maybe if you look realy into this you will also see i sent everyday a email to leovegas to find out whats going on and everytime the same answer
