Raging Bull Casino - Unable to Redeem EZ Voucher

RagingBull Casino offers two deposit options on their casino website. 1) Creditcard, and 2) EZ Voucher. On April 02, 2015, I purchased an EZ Voucher for $150.00 through the RagingBull Casino deposit option at their casino. After receving the EZ Voucher pin code, i went back to the RagingBull Casino deposit option section, and found that there is no redeem button/option to insert the pin code to redeem the EZ Voucher i had purchased. I then proceeded to contact RagingBull Casino Live Chat, and spoke to a Rep named Didier. And Didier, did not know how to redeem the code. Nor even understood anything about the EZ Voucher deposit option offered at the RagingBull casino website. Equally i have attempted to contact RagingBull reps via live chat, and surprisingly there were no reps available every time i attempted contact. I also sent emails to RagingBull and received no response. I made a decision to play at RagingBull because of their fast payout time limits. But what i have gone through to deposit has turned into numerous levels of frustration... As a first time customer i was unable to deposit and play, also i now have a EZ Voucher pin code that i paid a $150.00 for through the RagingBull Casino website, and this code has not yet been redeemed by Raging Bull Casino. I'm unhappy about this. And requesting that RagingBull Casino redeem the $150.00 voucher i purchased through the Raging Bull Casino website, and that $150.00 be deposited into my player's account. I will ask that AskGamblers not post the pin code for public view, for code has not been redeemed, but rather furnish the EZ Voucher pin code to the RagingBull Casino to redeem.

I am requesting that AskGamblers close this case, for i spoke to a different rep., and was told i had to click the EZ voucher icon in order to redeem the voucher, i did so and it worked. Money has been deposited into account, Thank you Askgamblers for a wonderful website and your help.
