Over a week ago I had claimed the welcome deposit code from AG but not received the 200% bonuses plus 40 spins after deposit. Several times I had contacted with email support (Though Live support never available),finally they had credited 200% bonus plus 40 spins into my account. So,I was happy and stated play. However, I had managed to wagering 45x bonus plus deposit and my first withdraw request was 300 euro and after revered my withdraw I had requested 400 euro withdraw for 2nd time on last weekend. Due to not found their live support I had tried to contacted with them their their too much slow email support and finally I got a reply from requested a screen shot to send them as a evidence that I had deposited with then which I had sent instantly,In their they requested my verification documents which I had sent to them accordingly. In the mean time due to their very slow processing system I had reversed some everyday and raised my balance up to 700 euro which I had requested withdraw 350 euro each twice. But still now I didn't receive my payment 700 euro! This issue is going on over a week now. So, dear Askgamblers, please help me to receive my payment 700 euro which I won from Real Deal Bet Casino.Thank you..

Thank you very much for publishing my complaint into forum. I have received my half payments of 350 euro today. Now I am waiting for receiving another half of 350 euro payment. Some casino doing unnecessary delays when the payments stand for processing. And obviously, Real Deal Bet casino one of them. They ran around last 10/11 days for my payments 700 euros. I will let you know here once again when my rest withdraw 350 euros will have been received. All the best.

As of today my another withdrawal 350 euro not received yet! Moreover I checked my transaction parts and found no money found into my casino account. So,where are my 350 euro ? Did you process or not RDB casino? Please process my another withdrawal 350 euro as soon as possible. Thank you

Thank you Martin to see you responded into forum lately. I had requested 350 euro twice on 3rd January and received 350 euro only on 8th January. But I did not receive another 350 euro yet. It is impossible where you had claimed I had reversed my 350 euro withdrawal. I can confirm that I never reversed my withdrawal after 3rd January. There is definitely something wrong happened into my account as you claimed. I think your team member had removed my another withdrawal 350 euro for not to pay my legitimate winning. Please review my account very carefully if your any team member made this happen not to pay my rest 350 euro winning.I will looking forward for your reply after review carefully my account.

We have been provided by valid evidence on behalf management of Real Deal Bet Casino where it is clearly displayed that player had reversed his second withdrawal of 350 euros. Upon this we consider this complaint resolved and closed.
