la, my name is Manuel nobrega and am portugal,and come to describe the following: At the end of September I received an email from realdeal bet in which I was offering a bonus to play at the casino. I started to play and quickly fulfill the rollover. To request a waiver of gains, said they could not, because that would make the rollover slots.I did so and I managed a prize of 1460 euros. asked to raise the money and they asked me copies of personal documents and the credit card.I did what I was asked and on 30 September I asked again the lifting.yesterday have informed me that they would cancel my bonus and gains since it would have broken a rule of the terms and conditions.happens that ,in no time during these 10 days they said something about it and terms and conditions of the email that i received speaks about the reason why they canceled the bonus and gains.Second they would have done a bet that is greater than 5% to my bonus.

first of all i'm sorry for the inconveniences you experienced and i also understand your frustration.

I have reviewed your case carefully and there is no doubt that everything has been done correctly from our side here. The winnings you have mentioned were achieved with a free bonus that we have credited you and there are very specific rules and requirements for cashing out any winnings achieved with this bonus. These rules are published and specified on the Terms & Conditions page on our site and you have also been informed about them via email.

So unfortunately there is not much i can do about the removal of your winnings.

But, as a small gesture on our part, i have credited your account with another free bonus, so you have a chance to go at it again, this time within the bet limits you know about now, so that we can also cash your winnings out in case you win.

Accepted, because it doesn't complain...but it is sad voces asked to perform a damage deposit by credit card, and then saying that we have no right to premium...it is dishonest
