i made deposit, took 50% match, i played and lost ALL. my balance was 0.00.
i had to make another deposit if i wish to continue to play, as i did this, my balance was ALL bonus funds.

i went to chat and they said i did not meet wager requirements on my last match.

i told them repeatedly that my balance was 0.00.
how can i keep wagering anything, if theres nothing left to play.

thats why i made my real money deposit and i had no other bonuses available to me, but why is my real money in *all bonus funds.

this is not right this is very wrong.

the deposit& match previously, which i lost completely until 0.00 balance.
of course if i want/wish to play again i have to deposit(but why should all my next real monies be in all bonus)

****please do change my balance to real funds-my balance was 0.00 when i deposited last and it should be *real funds*

RED FLUSH ARE SAYING SINCE MY LAST MATCH DID NOT MET WAGER REQUIREMENTS- all my next deposit(s) are ALL bonus funds.

Dear teri01666,

Thank you for your message.

Please note that I have reviewed your casino account with RedFlush Casino and i have located the reason for your funds being converted to bonus instead of cash.

Please do login once again into your casino account and please complete the bonus game waiting for you on the Wealth Spa Slot.
Once you have completed this, your wagering requirement should be reset.
Please do confirm when you have completed your play and I will check again for you.

Please do login and play this game at your earliest as I am sure that there is a win waiting for you.

Regards
