I am writing this complaint about the casino name "Real Deal Bet" who never response their support, feel me I am at "No man's land" Support don;t response. Moreover . they did n't honor me 40 free spins as they advertising. I have a pending cashin request of $126 which not processed yet! I don't understand what type of casino they are! I need help if you can please.

I got 40 free spins from the casino after published my complaint. I played free spins and gained some winning then I rollback my withdraw and played till reached $200. It has been 3 days I had requested $200 withdraw but not received yet from the Real Deal Bet Casino. Support informed me twice that they sent my withdraw request to payment provider but still now unpaid. Could you keep open my complaint until resolve please? Thank you.

Hello guys, due to delaying payment $200, I had rollback all and played long time and I really enjoyed my playing. But the most important thing is "Non payment from RDB casino so far where Michael promised me they will send my withdraw with in shortly and not received any payments from them My withdraw request is now $300 from the RDB casino and hope they will process $300 @ their earliest convenience. Now I am sick of too much waiting to receive my withdraw,

Dear Askgamblers,

Now they are completely unresponsive! They don't reply concerning my withdraw request $300. My deposit approved, my documents approved, as they telling me my winning is on the way but nor approved till today 7th of May. When I ever I went to live chat they remain unresponsive or in a word live chat not exist!! Please help me to receive my winning.
