Dear Askgamblers, my name is Sonia Islam. I had created an account from your site 7 days ago. I had claimed 300PUCH bonus code when I deposited. So, I got 200% bonus plus 40 free spins for play. I played very long time several slots and finally I met their 45X bonus+deposit and requested withdraw $472 for first time. Next day I got an email from casino asking my verification documents. So, I had sent them my verification documents ( My photo ID and an utility bill). Next day I got a reply where they stated that I have to send them another utility bill and a photo holding my ID card. So, I sent them another utility bill and my photo holding ID card. But they didn't accept my any documents and asked me to send them another utility bill and photo holding ID card again. So, again I had sent them my another utility bill's scan copy and a new photo holding ID card. These ways I had sent them 3 different utility bill under my name and my clear photo holding ID card. But they never accepted my any documents. In the mean time I reversed my withdraw request $472 and played down into $400. So, now my pending withdraw request is $400 now and almost every single day I am sending my photo holding ID but they never accepted and today they again asking me to send them another utility bill and another photo holding ID which is now impossible to me. Because, I have sent them all of utility bill under my name and I sent them many photos holding my ID card which taken on day and night times but they never accepted my documents and still now run around to complete my verification. So, now I am asking help from you to sort out my trouble where my documents are legit and crystal clear and my winnings are very fair and squire. Thank you.

Real Deal Bet Casino Has blocked my casino account, so, I can't login to casino! And the support team ignoring my live correspondence. They are now trying not to pay my legitimate winning of $400 where I had sent all requested documents several times accordingly. Every time they asking me same documents by different ways to send to them which is very much ridiculous.I think now they are scammer but not a casino.

i have reviewed your case and it turns out that our document specialist team have determined that the documents you have sent us are either fake or tampered, which we are also able to proof. We did ask you several times for the documents, in order a) to verify you as this is standard procedure and b) to give you a chance to send us authentic documents.

Any duplication of these account details by any other person, family, household, address (physical or virtual) or computer is not allowed. Duplicate accounts may be suspended and closed. 2.15 If we are unable to verify a member’s identity within 72 hours of registration, we reserve the right to void any transaction or bet made by such member (including voidance of any winnings) until such time that identity is confirmed. Upon failure to verify the identity of a member Realdealbet.com reserve the right to close Your Account and to withhold any account balance.

Dear Daniel,

None of my documents are fake or tempered as you mentioned above. All of my documents like my photo Id, my selfie with Id, my utilities are original as I supplied several times. You guys forcefully steal my winning $400 I requested withdraw earlier. Furthermore, I never received my deposit back into my neteller account yet! It seems you guys can lie one after another continuously like you mentioned above! Last night I also sent my another selfie with Id plus another scan copy of my utility but I didn't receive any reply yet which clearly proofs that you intentionally don't want to verify my account fairly. If Askgamblers want my documents for review then I can send to them for final review who is right and who is wrong. And I again said I never received my deposit back into my neteller account.

And since AskGamblers Complaints Service is designed and meant to help honest players with real troubles, it is now obvious this is not the case with this particular issue. Therefore this complaint is being rejected.
