Real Deal Bet Casino - Crediting non-requested and unwanted bonuses to prevent withdrawal

Hi, My name is Joynal Joy. Recently I had created account with Real Deal Bet Casino and claim the bonus code 300PUNCH. So, I got 200% bonuses upon my $23 deposit and plus 40 free spins. I lost my deposit+bonuses within couple of hours. Then I played 40 free spins and I won $60 and went for withdraw request. But I didn't receive my winning within 48 hours. So, I rollback by withdrawable money $60 and went 100+. I was enjoying to play so I brought money from Sports to Casino. During play I got again 200% bonuses $122 upon my $61 transferred Sports to Casino. I have attached the evidence of all transactions. So, in the summery I want my $61 which I never claimed twice 200% bonus! So, I need your help dear Askgamblers please to resolve this strange issue. Thank you.

Still now they didn't credit my $61 withdraw able money into my casino account. "Live Chat" never response or not exist! Please help me to receive my money into my casino account.

Dear Joynal,

i have thoroughly checked your account, your sessions and your transfers.

If i understand your description correctly, you complain about your 61$ real money being tied to a second bonus, which you have not claimed?

Well, please note that we are not crediting any deposit or transfer bonuses automatically. They can only be triggered by the player entering the correct bonus code upon deposit or transfer.

Moreover, we actually don't allow claiming two bonuses with the same deposit, which also happened in this case.

But most importantly, even though you received all these bonuses for your single deposit, you have played and lost them all. Right now there are no funds whatsoever in your account.

If you had wished to cancel the bonus, while the funds were still there, we could have done that, but unfortunately this is not possible retroactively.
