there is a complaint on this site which refers to the player having to log back in to deposit despite not leaving gameplay as if he is isn't logged in in the first place.Sky says they weren't aware of this issue...oh yes they were and i raised this issue several times over a year ago and just got fobbed off each time and have the emails to prove it...when it happens the payouts become virtually non existent and raised this issue with sky loads of times but never got an answer which leaves me wondering what the cause was and was i really getting a fair play for my stake

Hi Paul/Swifty73,
I asked for this case to be re-opened; I know I contacted you directly to try and gather more information but so far I've not received anything back to work with. I was hoping we could get to the bottom of this together as this is not an issue that we as a business are aware of. You mentioned you still had communication between yourself and someone in our gaming team - I'd still like you to forward this on if possible as it will help us to determine what investigation has already happened, what the outcome was then, and what we can do now if it is in fact unresolved.
