Purple Lounge is stalling payment
Hello, team of AskGamblers,
I have registered at mentioned casino on 20/05/2011. Made some winnings and asked for a withdrawal on: 23/05/2011.
I have cleared all bonus wagering requirements and have also sended in documents, when they asked for on: 23/05/2011.
Untill now, they respond very slowly and constantly keep on saying they are doing some 'normal routine checks'.
I have been waiting for over a week now and they keep on replying me with the same message. I don't understand why such check can take on so long and I really don't know what they can check on.
So please help me out here, because i am really afraid they just don't want to pay me.
They say, that microgaming is checking it and that they cannot help or influence about that. I have made a printscreen of that, if proof is necessary.

Appologies for the delay in your withdrawal. A series of routine checks were carried out by Microgaming on few accounts, yours being one of them, hence the process took a little longer. Your withdrawal request has now been processd.
