Hi downloaded purple lounge casino made a deposit of 150 usd,cost more nzd,has been 4 days or more no credits given or 100% match bonus should of recieved 300 credits,live chat does not work,had email from them asking for ID of license bankcard and bill with my address on it,have sent all that 2days ago still not had any email back from them.I emailed back saying they have all the forms needed and that I want my money back and wont be using their casino .Donna Young
