Karamba Casino - Proof of ID for withdrawal is being ignored

my username for karamba is looneytoon1, i played my wager requirements and was a fortunate customer to win now 2 days after sending my withdrawl request i recieved an email asking to send proof of i.d which is fare enough this email also stated i have untill 16/09/15 to send this so i did it straight away it has now been 3 days since and i have not recieved anything back from karamba i dont even know if the email has recieved them, this customer support is terrible you should be asked to proof who you are before companies take your money instead for this im left in the dark just knowing a malta based company has my passport number driving liscense and pay slip... i am concerned

okay so my 2 previous emails have managed to vanish i re-sent them yesterday and they have been recieved...i was called to day by a karamba agent cant remember his name but he was very helpfull and processed my withdrawl very quickly...all sorted now
