Since my approved payout as of may I've been getting the run around to send this verification fax this email that copy this and that. I've complied in more than a timely manner and followed all rules and read every fine print. It seems they haven't caught up on their reading apparently. After my APPROVED withdrawl was sent to escalations then payouts finally to processing it seems it went back to payouts and as of two days ago back to the processers. Like I stated earlier I was approved in may for my $2500 random jackpot winnings in april. Guidelines are guidelines we all have them and what's right is right but they are wrong. Robin works with verification and is very pleased to work with however this ALLY character that seems to only exist in email because it's impossible to speak with her directly on the phone. Which leads me to believe she was created solely on the purpose to take the blame from planet 7S employees. You'd think a billion dollar industry wouldn't have problems paying chump change to keep the green flowing. Bad business I just want what's owed to me. After all its nothing compared to what I've spent with this seemingly deceitful company. Please help me.
