888 Casino - Not processing withdrawal

I requested a withdrawal on 12/14, and it is still "Awaiting Process", and the site keeps asking if I want to reverse the withdrawal. The representative i had spoken with said multiple times that it would take a max of 48 hours to process through 888, then some more days to arrive via ACH to my bank account. The fact that it is still "reversible" tells me that it hasn't processed through the site yet, nevermind arriving into my bank. Customer service responded one time but never answered my questions, and is not responding to further inquiries.
