I won £20 playing their blackjack game. I sent in the required documents for verification and recieved an email saying that funds would be in my account today 20.3.15. As yet they havnt. Their help line number is useless as know one ever answers the phone.

We are delighted to confirm the payment was indeed processed by us on Friday 20th March, back to the card in question. From the point of processing a payment back to a card the transaction will subsequently be handled by the relevant bank, of which typically takes between 1-3 working days for the funds to clear, and be 'evidently' returned to the card.

As a result of this, we expect the funds to clear by the latest Tuesday 6pm on Tuesday 24th March.
