Hello there !

After singup i wagered there a free bonus money,,that was somwhere at 17.10.2014,more than 3 months ago...and then i start my vertification proces i send them all necesary documents,and also i rececived a phone call from them....and now i waitin again more than 5 days to get answer on my email,,how to withdraw that money since i dont have any option in my cashier to make withdraw....i mean more than 3 months to make a simple withdrawal for god sake ? can someone help me here to litle speed up that ?
i will repeat again im fully vertified,now i just need to get that money to my visa card,but how ? since to noone answer on my email

I will update this complaint, i get in touch with casino via email.they ask'd my neteller account via email..and they told me i will rececive payout...but i wont close this complaint untill i dont rececive money in to my neteller account
