Problems with BetBusy Casino

I have been playing at Betbusy casino for a few weeks now and it seemed quite good odds and the play was really balanced and great bonuses.

I tried to make a withdrawal last week which seemed to go through fine with a receipt sent on the mail automatically etc.

However, i received another mail a day later saying the withdrawal had been cancelled.

I mailed the casino back using the support email on the site and after 5 days received no answers and all mail to them is not replied to now.

The live chat has been down for a number of days and the contact telephone numbers have been removed from their site.

I have 240 euro to withdraw but i am guessing that like Betrockit which just went bust that maybe i have picked a wrong'un again.

I tried to check the address of the company that runs it but it shows as a housing estate in dartford so i hope google has shown me the wrong map.

It is about time that stricter regulation was brought out from any casino that wishes to have people signing up to using British addresses

Finally managed to get through to betbusy and get a mail address so i am sending the document ID.

We do believe there has been a communication issue,There is no problem regarding your withdrawal. We have asked for your documents twice via email to process the payment but unfortunately haven't yet received the relevant files from yourself to verify your account. If you can please kindly send us a identification document (Passport/Drivers License) and a recent (Bank statement) to verify your address we can continue with the withdrawal.
