problem with CBM Sport casino?

i made a deposit of 20 euro. i managed to win about 500. when i tried to withdraw the money, they asked for my documents. i sent them, i had no reply, after one week i sent an e mail asking them what the problem is. they answered telling me that after the documents are registered i will be able to make the withdraw request, and i should be patient. it is been 9-10 day now. should i be worried ? please share some opinion . thank you

Dear Denizyener ,

We have investigated your case and your activity shows no attempt to withdraw the funds as mentioned in your initial complaint , also after several wins you ended up to 500 Euros on the 26th November ( day when the complaint was made , where you have mentioned also that you have been waiting for 9-10 Days for the funds in the conditions where your Account was created on the 12th November ) . And we have not yet received any documents from your behalf .

Further more , on the 27th November you have continued playing and lost all the fund . Leaving your Account balance at 0.06 E .
