Problem with casino Vegas Strip

I've asked Vegas strip, a casino from Virtual Group for a withdrawal about 2004 dollars via moneybookers on this casino.
It was 4/11/2012 at 7:44:05 PM
First, about 920 (1000-90 dollars bonus) dollars have been accepted and in a second time 1000 dollars have been accepted.
They say on their site (and by chat) that it take 7-10 buisness days to be accepted and 7-10 buisness days to be paid.
But now, the chat says me that it take 10-20 buisness day for the paiement...
I'm afraid i'll never be paid !
In fact it is same problem as dadamc1
Could you help me ?
