Prism Casino - won't accept credit card

After depositing a couple times it no longer gave me a option to use my debit card.I contacted customer support and was told I could only deposit with western union. They

Could not explain why my visa mastercard option was not available. I have deposited on

several of there groups casinos and my deposit also were funded proper.

Unfortunately that is not the casino but the processor rejecting the transactions. Casino has nothing to do with it. We suggest using alternative deposit option

Thank you for the response but it seems unfair that I know several others playing your casino without restrictions. I have always funded my accounts properly so I feel I deserve a reason for this. I AM a disabled person and it is difficult to go to a western union. If you could discuss with prossesing or put me in contact with them so someone could explain why I am treated differently from others. Thank you

If thay are processing for you there has to be a resolution or a reason for this. I expect at least a reason for this. How can I get a explanation. If you can not get a reason from the processor that works with you I would like to speak with them. What you are telling me is not a resolution. Thank you for following up

Once again; processor is not giving further information. There is nothing we can do to help you getting a Credit Card accepted if the processor rejects it. I suggest using alternative deposit methods.

 Player is unable to deposit with Credit card, because it has been rejected and casino is informed about that from the processor. They can do nothing about it, neither can we!
