Prism Casino won't pay 100$

On askgamblers I found a no deposit offer for prism casino. I was lucky and managed to play through the wager requirements on all the allowed games and ended up with the maximum 100$ withdraw able amount. I contacted serveral of their supports to make sure I met all the requirements, made sure no deposit was required before withdrawing and everything, ALL OF THEM said I was good to go. So I submitted a withdrawal request, send in the requested documents and then I waited.

Today I got an email saying that my withdrawal was denied for no reason, all the reasons they gave were untrue, I read all the Terms and Conditions and met all the requirements.

I contacted their support team, who were always very helpful to me, however, when talking to them about this issue they suddenly all started to ignore me.

To sum up:

I played through a no deposit offer and got 100$
No deposit is required for the withdrawal
I played on all the allowed games
Send in all the requested documents

A lady from their support team contacted me and was very helpful. My documents have now been accepted and my withdrawal is being processed :)

I didn't get the money yet, but the support helped me and it's now in the withdrawal process, so I have nothing to write in the thread at the moment.

Today I got an email stating the following:

"I am glad to inform you that your withdrawal was approved on 6/5/2015. We kindly ask you to please allow 7 more days for the withdrawal request to be sent to our processors. And after that, there are up to 10 more days for you to receive the funds, based on the withdrawal method."

Very happy about this!
