Prism Casino Locked Me Out - Appears Suspicious

I had been playing prism casino almost daily for months of november and december and is so doing i had always played with their 300 percent no deposit - no restriction bonus - i typically would not win however i did on three recent occassions win money and made three separate withdrawal requests first one apparently approved on dec 19th - i logged in one day last week and as per usual entered my code..mystery300 - this time it wss denied and agent told me that given that i have been successful it wss now no longer available as per managers decision - noe that i have used this code for over a year and regularly and have spent tons....i received two payments in that year...like 700 and somethiong and 500 and something and askgamblers.com was involved in getting me the first payment....any how the story gets more interesting...last weerk i played a few times...35, 40 etc. straight money and i have been logging in to check status of more recent withdrawal requests - today i log in and it says somethiong like ...you are not allowed to log in..contact support...so, what i suspect is that they are up to no good here...it's pretty evident....my first withdrawal amt should be 642 or so, second one 380 or so and another for 500 and something...total like 1,200 or so - i can assue you i have definately complied with all the rules here - and in total i have spent way more cumulatively than i ernd up getting - please assist me in terms of this issue - thank you-

No I still require the assistance of askgamblers.com - as I said, I was locked out = when I spoke to chat representative recently they gave me details regarding the three payments that I am awaiting = I got an email which I forwarded to askgamblers.com - they said I was locked out because prism is now being taken over by slots of vegas and I have to re-register again - something like that - it's in the email - but when I opened up the link the chat agent sent me to re=register I read stuff in their terms there that concerned me - things like they can remove money owing etc. So I don't want to re-register - I want my money and I want to be able to log on as I use to - As I said originally, shortly after I found out the manager decided that I wasn't entitled to use no playthrough bonus as this bonus is intended for people who don't win...and I had won, so that is their choice - but after that annoucement to me they then lock me out and now I can't get back in to see anything in terms of my account unless I click on that link and I find this all very very unusual ...so, yes, I could use an advocate right about now - please assist me as I have lost money to these folks and it appears that they are up to no good!

Well still locked out and wont download casino as per chat agent direction but i have to report that it appears that my first payment is on the way to my bank acct....i will let everyone know about remaining two payments and then i will download again to see if issue of being locked out is resolved so that i can continue to play...and hopefully mgmt who made decision to preclude me from using no playthrough bonus will offer me something again...or although i don't want to, will have to find somewhere else to play

Slots of Vegas and Prism Casino used to share same not same software but same platform. Due to the huge increase of players of both Casinos RTG split them in two and now each of the Casinos has their own platform, database and their own software.

You will need to download Slots of Vegas again from Slots of Vegas URL www.slotsofvegas.com and you will have access to your account.

Slots of Vegas paid on 2/4/2012 at 12:18:33 PM $642 to your Moneybookers account.

Your $500 and $318.00 pending payments should be processed soon.

thank you cindy, that is a more thorough explanation than what i had originally received from chat agent....i will await receipt of last two payments and will download thereafter....can you provide more clarity around whether i would be offered any future bonus with no playthrough given that i was cut off as i wasnt a loser a few times - the whole reason i continued to play with prism was due to the no playthrough bonuses.....if manager takes a closer look, i have lost more times than i've won....just inquiring

According to Slots of Vegas Casino you will be entitled to redeem any bonus that is not under the No Play through/ No maximum Cash-out category.

You will be entitled to redeem bonuses such as those with no maximum cash-out but with a Playthrough, bonuses with Playthrough and Maximum Cash-out or even bonuses with No Playthrough but with a Maximum Cash-out.

I will keep you informed once the pending payments have been processed.

just wondering why the first payment of 642 approved on or about jan 19th has already been recerived by me on or about feb4th.....the other two payments i am waiting for were approved near the same time as my first - within a couple of days and its 14th today and nothing yet....

Just reporting back to advise that Prism has paid me all that is owed..thank you...still don't like that I can't play no playthrough no max cashout bonuses just because i have been lucky once and awhile...thank you for checking into my past queries in any event
