Prism Casino - denied my with withdrawal said the bonus i deposited on wasn't ever cashable

i put a withdrawal request in which pended approval for 10 -14 business days they never contacted me saying what was happening i had to ask them then after about 3 weeks they so told me it was denied and to contact the withdrawal apartment i still can't get in touch withdrawal department every time they keep saying then not in right now try tomorrow i try tomorrow and they say the same thing try tomorrow they also tried to tell me my deposit never went through which is a lie i asked them what would come up on my bank statement t they replied that they have many descriptors so i asked them to list them which they just ignored they also tried to tell me my deposit was never cashable why would i deposit on something that wasn't cashable they also sent me a email saying they would honour my withdrawal with 10 x cash out i have sent a email to them asking for answers I'm just being ignored feeling ripped off
