Last saturday I Hit 2 seperate winnings one for 650 and the other for 500. So I requested to withdraw 1001 to my ecocard acount. It says please wait 48-72 hours. It has now been almost a week with no response. I speak to the 24/7 rep (wich you can only do online) and he says its in progress. I kept bugging him all week and he finally told me today it's out of his hands. I copied are conversation from this morning here it is.
