Pocketwin Casino - Non payment

Hello I wish to make a formal complaint about both Pocketwin and Mfortune as they are asking for prove that my phone bill has been paid, I've submitted the prove they want then there still not accepting this, I've send a number of emails to them both proving its me paying the bill off both my bank an Vodafone. I've done this without breaking any of their data protection acts or the freedom missus act for both. They have had the prove that the account in my name an it's been paid in three different type but there still not budging to make the payment with both sites its over £330, so you can see why this is starting to wind me up.

With Mfortune its only my second withdrawal. I've spoken to my solicitor and with a copy of all my emails from both me an the departments I have a good case to put a law suit on both of these, witch I don't want to do but there leaving me with no other option due to the acts which they are asking me to break.
