Plenty Jackpots - No Payment

I have applied 4 a withdrawal from plenty jackpots 25th jan i have constantly emailed them all necessary documentation asked of me at least 20 times however i still havnt received a cent. Legally what do i do surley they shouldnt be allowed to do this shit.
