On October 26 2010 I played a 100.00 free chip. I made the playthrough and had 330.00 in my balance. I knew that 300.00 was all that I could cash out. I just withdrew all of it and they could take out the difference. I checked every day from then on out and they kept telling me that it was being finalized. Well on December 20 2010. They told me that I needed to rewithdraw 300.00 instead of 330.00. I rewithdrew it and it won't let me log in it says I need to contact customer service.
