Plenty Jackpots Casino - Not Paying me, I won $5,150.36
Please Help. I joined Plenty Jackpot and deposited 20.00 and receive a bonus of 60.00 i played and played and met my requirement for play through. I won over 1,000 in my account and increased my bets slowing ending at betting 25.00 a spin i played for a while and then i won the progressive jackpot on the game basketball so my total cash out balance was $5,250.00. I then called support to see what my cash out options to be paid was. They told me i have to register an account with Click2Pay because i am in Canada so i did that and submitted all my info to get my account approved to receive the funds from plenty jackpot. I won this money on April 11th 2012 and submitted to plenty jackpot the fax form my dirvers licence and a copy of my bank statement and my debit credit card. I waited and no payout i called 2 to 3 times a day submitted and email to process my withdrawl and all i get is an auto reply email saying someone will contact me the next business day. I have requested a call several times from a supervisor from customer support and not call back. On April 21st someone in accounting went into my account and declined my cashout they said i didnt send the fax form but i did the same day i won so i re submitted it then called customer support they got the email and attached it to my account and they told me i have to cash it out again. So on april 21st i had to do 6 withdrawls to my click2pay account because you can only do a transaction of 1,000.00 dollars at at time so now i sit and wait again still says pending and they wont send my money. I call and get the same speach from customer service you will get your money sometimes players have waited a month or 2. The wont call me back when i request a call from a supervisor and customer support claims they submitted my complaint to the accounting. I have all the sceen shots of the times i cashed out. On my second cash withdrawl they asked me to do i kept 100.00 in and played with it so my second cash out was $5,150.36. thats alot of money to not get paid.
I have screen shots but do not see where to attached here. Please email me so i can send to you intructions where to upload. Plenty Jackpot has a license in Costa Rica and they also have sister companies. I have played online for years and been paid promptly by other casinos so i am very upset with this going on. They are taking advantage of many people. I have also emailed the so called operations manager Jack Wells jack@plentyjackpot.com found that on their site. No reply from him either. Please help get my winnings. I am unemployed looking for work and need my winnings to pay bills.
