On December 20, 2010 I played on $22.78 worth of comps and won $1086.93. I contacted live chat and asked them if I had met my wagering requirements and if I could withdraw the entire amount of $1086.93 and they confirmed yes that I had met my wagering requirement and Icould request a withdraw the entire amount of $1086.93 and I did on 12/20/10. Also on 12/20/10 I sent in my faxback with all my documents they required and they approved it about a week later. I requested a withdrawal via direct deposit to my bank and on 12/20/10 they said I would have to withdraw via another method and I chose Use My Wallet. I have contacted them almost weekly and they first tell me I need to withdraw the money and keep playing because I have not met my wagering requirements and I have to always remind them that I was playing on $22.78 worth of comps and after further investigation they always confirm that I am correct and then they tell me they don't know when it will be processed that I will get an email when they process it. This has been going on for almost a month. although their website says All withdrawal requests are processed within 48 to 72 business hours during our regular scheduled accounting hours, Monday through Friday from 10:00 am ET to 9:00 pm ET. VIP withdrawals are processed from Monay thru Saturday and they are processed in less than 48 hours in most of the cases.
Since we are not working with Plenty Jackpots casino, we don't have any indiser contact there, so we used their official support email where we never received a respond. We have reopen a case trying with different email specified on their website. Hopefully, they will respond this time.
I have not gotten my money yet.
