I enjoy rival games and saw a great bonus for golden cherry so I did not look at the reviews first. I deposit 25$ and won 1500$ on the first time. Wow that should be great but that was Nov 1st. The process was laborious, first it. Took 15 days to approve my docs the Same ones I use at all the casinos, when I did submit to look at the withdrawal process I saw they were blacklisted. So in my mind I thiught I will never get paid. I was finally verified I sdubmitted my withdrawal which took 5-7 days for them to decline and say they had to review my account further I resubmitted my withdrawal request i. Increments of five hundred and received notification from finance that they opened an account for me where I would receive my payment once approved, another 5-7 days I received Wednesday congrats your 500$ withdrawal has been approved it will be deposited in your method of choice on your faxback form. The other 998$ was returned back to my account and as of today I have still not received payment.... It is so important that people know where to play I would be freaked out if I had deposited more money and not got paid. This is not a fun experience like some others at the club world group

We didn't get any response from casino or player considering this complaint, this issue is unresolved.

Dear Jamie!

The thing is that all withdrawals are paid in installments. The installments can be in any amount.The maximum payment sent to any player at any time would be up to $2,500.

You were sent $500, the rest was put to your playable balance so you could apply again. Unfortunately you did not know that installments cannot renew automatically, did not log into your account for a while and did not apply again which caused delay (probably you didn't receive an e-mail notification from out finance department about this)

Looks like now your withdrawal requests are pending meaning you have applied again, they will be processed in the time frames defined by the terms and conditions.

Please confirm is all is straighten out now.
