First at all sorry for my bad english.
I depostied hundreds of $$ then i won over $5000
Now the support said i can only chashout $100 after waitin 2 weeks for my $5000 request,.
Because i va won with an monthly VIP Insurance. So can do only 1 max cashout.
Sorry but this seems like a big Scam to me. And i needed this money
Please help !!!

I've looked into this for you and apparently you've not read our terms and conditions relating to Insurance bonuses: https:­//w­ww.s­il­ver­oak­cas­ino.co­m/c­ent­uri­on/­levels/

Your winnings were derived from your Insurance bonus and based upon your player level (1), you are only permitted to withdraw 1x the amount of the bonus (your bonus was $74.60). We will be sending your payment off, early next week.

I hope you understand--we are not 'scamming' you. These terms are clearly written and should be understood before playing.

Hello, thats right but as you can see i didnt ask for this VIP insurence Bonus. And as written in the mail why must i contact silveroak to ask for t&c
for this special bonus ? Why cant you write them in the mail.
And why its showing my $5000 as withdrawable ? I was playing hours only for nothing ? It will be fair if after $100 winning a window will popup that says somthing like that: "Your max. withdrawable winning is reached. You can not cashout any further winnings"
This will be fair. So i can cashout this $100. And save me a lot of time playing for nothing.
So i was happy to have won over $5000. Planned my holliday for family and then after 2 weeks i hear that i will get no more than $100.
Thats realy bad & not userfriendly

I understand that this is disappointing for you, however, as I've already stated, it is up to every player to understand our terms and conditions. If I found $100 in my account (and did not know what it was about), I'd simply drop an email to support or contact live chat. You're expecting us to bear your responsibility--we cannot do this.

Again, I apologize that you're disappointed, but there is nothing that can be changed in this.
