Hello, I have withdrawn from the site 1000Pounds more than a months ago, after a withdrawal I have sent my documents and received reply that my documents is verified, since that it has been more than 1 month and I have not received my money, I have not received answer to any of my emails - have sent 5 of them, to [email protected].. and [email protected]... but i got ignored every time, Could you please tell me I need to wait more or I can start contacting their licence holder, IBAS.co.uk or other services which may help me to get my money?

Your documents were sent on the 27th of May and the period of of 15-18 working days begins after they had been processed successfully.

Your withdrawal is scheduled to be sent this week. Please let us know when you receive it.

Its Thursday, 48 hours ir gone AND THERE IS NO MONEY AGAIN, this is just absolutely incredible, I will put my complaint link in all biggest casino forums, people should know and I hope they will find out what is your attitute to your clients if you win some money, you will be waiting for YEARS to get your money.

Since the day I have sent you my documentation it has been exactly 2 months now, and in 2 months you couldnt find time to check documents and to process withdrawal, interesting that deposit is taking about 5-10 seconds, withdrawal at least 2 months, actually this is not serious anymore, this is hilarious, even blind people could work more successfull than your PLAY2WIN CASINO TEAM
