hello

I registred in play2win casino 20.11.2014
I depozited 52 eur and playing slots without bonuses.I won 170 eur .18.01.2015 I requested withdrawl and sent my documents to [email protected] and get auto replay-This is confirmation your email has been successfully received.
Still dont get money,LIVE chat dont working,emails dont answered. On my transaction history I see that my withdrawl is CANCELLED(attached screenshot) but my balance is zero.

You dont need to put here info about me or my Neteller you need to put here answers on sensitive(for you) questions.

The fee is stated in our terms and conditions page. It is not a neteller but a processor fee for all withdrawals, regardless of method. We expect all players to fully read the terms and conditions and agree to them before playing.

As all can see play2wincasino nothing to say why their support dont answered customers and why LIVE chat dont working in this casino.
I can answer -because this is fraudsters company and this company dont wana talking with customers because most of customers wana ask somthing about withdrawls(where I need to send documents,how long time take withdrawl,what will be fee for withdrawl etc.etc) and this is very "sensitive" information for them....

Beside on the thread we consider this complaint resolved and closed. We want to inform a player that under Terms and Conditions of the casino rule 5.4. it's clearly stated that fee can be from 10-40 dollars, euros or pounds for the withdrawal from Neteller.
