Hi

I am waiting for my withdrawal on play2win casino 3 months already, I have sent them my documents about 6 times, every time in live chat advisor confirms that they have been received and they will process withdrawal, after a week when I still have not received my money I go to live chat and they tell me they dont have my documents and so on, this has happened about 5 or 6 times, they are completely ignoring me, they have the most un-polite live chat in industry
I just wanted to know how is that possible that casino like this still can have licence?

They are on a verge of bankrupt as I understand and I will ask everyone NOT TO REGISTER on that casino, if you will win something seems like there is 0% that you will get your winnings

I hope you can help me somehow

Making up facts? Are you really serious? Are you kidding me? Check the date I made a withdrawal and sent first time documents, check all logs with your chat advisors, check how many times i wrote to change my email adress, check how many times I asked you to update about my account status? about 10 times i wrote email and have received 0 messages back, ZERO. You are completely ignoring and me and all my messages, you are treating me like an animal, I still cannot understand how so low level casino can get a license, I definitely gonna pass this complaint to your licence holder with all my proofs if I will not receive my money in next 2 days, I am just sick of all this, I can deposit on your site in 3 seconds but withdrawal I should wait already 3 months, is that OK???

Hi there,

I did not say your complaint was a lie. What I was referring to was you claiming the casino is bankrupt etc. That was unfounded and therefore a fib.

Listen, I understand the anger and that there has been a problem here. We're well aware that there was a bad CS malfunction here with you. I won't debate the specifics of what you claim, but that is clear to us and there is a lesson to be learned here.

Your withdrawal has been sent to you on the 12th, We apologize for these problems and hope you enjoy your winnings.
