I withdrew 200 on feb 5 2016. Ive been given a million excuses. Processor problems etc. Told me several times that it was approved and expedited. Was told again march 8 that waiting on tracking number again. Nothing since. Said would send me a check fedex and offered crummy reloadable card that has to be used at a machine that takes 5 digit pin but said id get my check this time after all the trouble. Ive submitted everything they asked more than once. The chat people are rude. Now i cant even log in even after resetting password ten times it still says invalid. Over a 200 withdrawal. This is a total ripoff and dont waste your time and money.

I'm so sorry for the delay, as well as your frustration. Unfortunately, what you've been told is 100% accurate. We've experienced a terrible backlog with our processors and we've been working diligently to get over this. It's just not as simple as people would like to think.

Regarding your card, unfortunately, I'm unable to check into this until Monday. I'm working from home for the holiday weekend and do not have all the necessary information accessible regarding this.

I'll look into this first thing Monday and report back to you.

Thank you for responding. I dont have a need for the card at this time. Id really like you to email my tracking number as soon as possible. Aftet reading some other posts i sincerely hope that the check will clear after i do get it. I dont plan on visiting the site again. I cant risk hundreds then cash out and wait months to be paid. If l want to play ill just go to my local town here on out. However i would appreciate the 200 greatly as soon as possible.

Thanks alot! I hope all goes smooth with the deposit clearing the bank after i do finally get it. Ill be watching for your email with the tracking number. This has been quite a tedious process and im looking forward to finally getting it resolved.
