Planet 7 Casino - Not Responding, Not Paying Out

I was approved for my $2,500 withdrawal request and told by a casino rep (Robyn) that it was pending processing while acknowledging a delay. She assured I would be paid and even contacted the "escalations department." After agreeing to check back in a week, I was still uneasy. That was a month ago and none of my attempts to find out anything more have been responded to. Please help.

Still no response from Planet 7. I am sick over this as the money was going towards mortgage payments. Absolutely awful,

Now approaching 6 weeks since last communication from Planet7. No response to multiple attempts at contacting staff for an update.

A FedEx delivery attempt was made at my residence on 10/28, however I had not received a tracking number. I called FedEx and they couldn't offer much help other than the shipper was from Canada. All e-mail addresses displayed on the casino's updated website prove to be useless because every one of them I use results in the e-mail bouncing back to me as undeliverable.

Ok. I am relieved to report that the check arrived 10/28 -- ahead of the tracking number, which is backward. Nonetheless the matter is now resolved. Thank you.
