Won $1100.00 almost two months ago, still not paid. Docs were verified, payment approved email received, note saying sent to processor and to expect email with tracking number was received, no payment sent. I followed up, said in que but not paid, told it was being escalated for payout...still nothing.

Hi Stuart--

I'm terribly sorry for the delays you've experienced with this.

I've had a look at your account and I do see that your payment was already sent off to processing. I'm hoping to see your tracking tomorrow or Friday (possibly even later today). Generally players receive payment the day after we receive tracking--sometimes even the same day.

As soon as your tracking comes through, I'll come back to update this thread.
