Planet 7 Casino - Got my account closed instead of being paid accordingly

I am not sure if these are delaying tactics or they will not pay me at all but I submitted to withdrawals over a month ago, I was given the runaround for weeks and then I kept getting contradictory emails, a couple saying everything has been approved, payment is on the way, another one saying that payment is being denied with no explanation, when I call I was told that the payment was denied and then they hung up on me, when I call again and again, they tell me that withdrawals were always approved yesterday but since they shut down my account I have no way of tracking it and they're not responding to my emails.

Yes I will pay it but it wasn't as simple nor friendly, I was clearly told was not going to get paid then I purchase PLANET7CASINO.COM, that got my account shut down but it also got the issue escalated and I got my money
