On April 26th I made a withdrawal request for $300. I received an email stating that they received my request. On May 4th I sent an email to inquire about my request and received an email confirmation on my request that stated they are assigning to a team member and I would be contacted in one business day. I received no response at all. On May 9th I sent another email asking if all was ok with my documents and received another email response that someone would be contacting me in one business day. I have still not received any response to any of my inquires and my request is still pending and it has been 12 business days since my original request.

I apologize for both the delay on your withdrawal and my slow response here at AG--I'm a bit behind right now.

The good news is that your payment has been sent off and I would expect to see the tracking before the end of the week. Generally, the payment is delivered the day after the tracking comes in.

I'll be keeping an eye out for your tracking info and I'll report back as soon as I have it.

I have good news and much quicker than I anticipated. ;-)

Your tracking came in late in the day yesterday (Tuesday) and I can see that the payment is set to be delivered by 10:30 AM, today.
