Planet 7 Casino - Withdrawal Request Delayed 2 weeks so far after verification documents submitted

I just enjoyed my daily chat experience with the planet 7 staff where I start by inquiring about withdrawal status. They then proceed to give me some answer about how my papers were never submitted. Then I have to explain (every day for the past 2 weeks) that my papers were submitted and they please could check. They do some sort of check and then confirm the papers were submitted but not verified. Then I say something to the effect of how long the verification will take. The answer is always the same "check back tomorrow". After 10 business days doing this I would be insane to continue using the same method to get my money. Thank god there is a place like ask gamblers for me to come and try a new route.

After reading horror stories on this site about planet 7 payments (sometimes delayed for months and months) I decided to wait no longer.

I talked to planet 7 again today. Same story as yesterday. Hope some answers will come soon

To clarify, the amount of the withdrawal requested is $2500 and another for $1964

Hi Zach--

I'm terribly sorry for what you've been through with this. I'm going to be stepping in now, so all should go smoothly from here.

I do see we have your documents and it appears all are in order. I've asked that your first withdrawal be approved immediately--with that, I'm hoping that first payment will reach you no later than the end of next week (I'll be able to confirm this next Monday). Regarding the second withdrawal, I'll push to have this approved, next week--essentially you'll receive each payment, one week apart.

Hi Zach--

Just to update, I do see that your $2500 payment has gone off. I would imagine I'll have the tracking on this before the end of the week. Generally, players receive payment the same day or day after we receive the tracking, here in the office.

I'll be back to update once I have received your tracking. I'll also be looking into your next withdrawal.

Hi Zach--

I was looking through your account again to see about further payments. When I didn't see anything pending, I had to dig a bit, as the numbers you stated here were not matching up with what we sent you. I'll explain...

You made a $250 deposit, and used the coupon 'SLOTSCRAZY450'. The coupon gave you a bonus in the amount of $1125. This coupon carried a 10X max cashout with it, meaning the maximum you would be able to withdraw would be $2500.

Cutting to the chase, you requested two withdrawals in the amount of $2500. We removed the $1125 non-cashable bonus, however, we're still at the same point: The max cashout on this would be $2500 ($250 deposit x 10=$2500) and this has already been paid to you.

I'm so incredibly sorry for any confusion with this.
