Planet 7 Casino - Will Not Pay!

I have 4 approved payouts. 2 of them are over 20 business days old (which is their time frame for a payout). I have contacted them MULTIPLE times and only been told there is a delay with NO explanation. They owe me $7,500 all together. DO NOT PAY TO PLAY at PLANET 7. I have no idea what to do to resolve the issue. Now, when i email the payouts email address, i get an error - my emails are not even being accepted. This was a very expensive lesson...and I am not giving up until they PAY UP!

Hi ladyrhetta--

I'd like to apologize for the delays you've experienced with this. We've had one issue after another with processors over the past several months, which account for the delays. U.S. processing is just a very difficult issue.

I've had a look at your account and I do see a payment has been sent off ($2276). I'd expect to see tracking on this no later than early next week, but hopefully it will be in tomorrow or Friday. Generally, payment is delivered the day after I receive tracking.

Regarding your three other withdrawals, I'll be following them to ensure they go off weekly and without hitches. I'll be updating this thread when your tracking comes in, as well as when each payment goes off to you. ;-)

I've just received tracking on your first two payments (yes, I said two!). ;-)

The payments are set to be delivered before noon today (Wednesday), your time.

thank you for the information. I did receive the first two checks today. Please do monitor my account for the other two payments. They are both overdue more than 20 days now, too. The outstanding balance is $3,750.

As of today, I have now received the four payments I was owed. They are Canadian checks. I have deposited them to my savings account and am crossing my fingers that they are legitimate.
I have no doubt that posting here is the only reason I have seen payment. Thank you so much, "AskGamblers." I will update in a week whether or not there were issues with the checks clearing.

Thanks for updating the thread, ladyrhetta. Provided you bank with an institution dealing with foreign banking, there should be no issues with your payments.
