Planet 7 Casino - So slow on payments

Been playing planet 7 since September this year. Won the first two weeks playing. Was told by VIP department my documents were received and complete. Withdrawals were continually applied back to my account for weeks and told documents missing for the whole month of October no one answering phone or emails barely getting anyone on chat. Finally got someone on the phone was told they had moved their offices. Have several withdrawals approved finally now but still no payment $1800 was supposed to be sent out over a month ago according to phone conversation. Please help just now figured out how to get chats emailed.

FedEx man came with two checks today. I am going to bank now once checks are cleared I will consider this matter resolved.
