Planet 7 Casino - So Slow On Payouts!

I was told my management that all my paperwork was received on September 20th and i would be notified on my approval shortly after. I then reached out to them again on October 2nd as i had heard nothing from them in regards to my approval. They told me that they didnt have all my paperwork. This was after i was already told they had everything. Then October 3rd, i was told they AGAIN received all my paperwork and my approval was pending. It has been over 5 days now and still nothing. I reached out to them again today and they escalated my approval to management, this is the third time someone has told me that. I was just told they wouldnt get to my account until MAYBE Monday. Waiting on a payout for over a month now. Please help!

Hi jcraze27,

Unfortunately, we did not receive your documents until Oct. 3rd. With that, your withdrawal was approved Oct. 9th and according to our terms and conditions, your withdrawal will be sent within 7 business days (by Oct. 20th).
