Planet 7 doesn't pay

Planet 7 is horrible. I cashed out for $1500 on July 5th and have called and emailed numerous times and never had any response. There is absolutely zero customer service. My account shows approved payout status but it's been 2 months and I have nothing. Stay away from this casino.

Please be aware that only One Free Chip in between deposits is allowed; therefore winnings on free chip JULY2013 were voided since there was no deposit detected in between free chip COMEBACKAUG and free chip JULY2013

How about not allowing a player to redeem a coupon that will only end up being voided if we win. It sounds convenient for the casino. So all the other deposits I made mean nothing? I am finished with your casino. The casino can pick and choose when and if to payout to a player.

Thanks for at least responding. Up until posting this complaint, NO ONE from Planet 7 notified me that I would not be paid.

So the money I won is just gone? Not even credited back? Why in the world would you allow redemption of a coupon that would never pay? It's ridiculous.

Dear Player:

Winnings were generated on free chips and the problem is only one free chip is allowed in BETWEEN deposits.

You would save us all the time and trouble if simply updated your site to not allow a player to redeem back to back no deposit codes. It's a very easy programming change. Why would you let me play and not pay. If I wanted to "play for fun" I could do so at login. Just another example of the shady tactics used by your casino. It's ridiculous.

When you downloaded the Casino you accepted having read and understood the rules.

The rules clearly specify what is allowed and what is not allowed. By simply reading the rules player would avoid these misunderstandings.
