Planet 7 Casino - Withdrawl run around!!!

I withdrew $255.00 from Planet 7 on the 26th of June. It was approved on the 3rd of July. Then I was told it would take 7 to 10 days to send my check. Last week I talked to chat and they said my check had been sent the day before. Ok so I waited for the tracking number and nothing came. I contacted the manager again after many emails and when he answered me he said that they couldn't send me a check because of the low amount and that I would receive my money from Western union or moneygram. What? I was told that the check had already been sent? I'm very upset with this run around! They sure took my deposits fast enough! This is my second withdrawl from Planet 7 and the last withdrawl was a nightmare although they told me that the delay wouldn't happen again so I continued to play on their site. I don't like to be lied to! With this second withdrawl I kept emailing Mike because I didn't want the run around that I went through with the first withdrawl. Didn't matter anyway since I'm still waiting and wandering if I will get my money?

Since the payment cannot be sent via check because of the small amount, it had to be sent via our wu/mg processor. This processor is very limited on the amount of transactions that can be sent per day to U.S. players. The info was sent to our processor on the 18, however they are experiencing a major delay on being able to send transactions. As soon as your pick up info is available it will be emailed to you and you can pick up your cash at any local western union or moneygram depending on the transaction.

Our payout process is 7- 10 days for approval and 7-10 business days for the processor to send it out.

Billy: We do not have the name of the delivery company yet, but yes, most likely yes it will be fedex.

Billy: Everything is in a good track, the money has been sent out, you just need to wait for the delivery time.\
