Planet 7 Casino - very upset/runaround

I Have read the reviews about planet 7 casino and they have been mixed. They range from as bad as they being under rogue management and have been as good as they have a quick payout. Well I have not found the latter to be true. i have been very disappointed with the payout process. I have recorded chat conversation after conversation and none of them are the same. It is like they keep customer service out of the loop. You continue to receive the same generic swift post that says we have a 7-10 day process to approve your winnings, (business days) then 10-14 more days to process, then travel time to your mailbox. I won 1155.00 and withdrew it on 11/25, today is 12/20 and I have not received it and no one knows where it is. It has been almost a month. I have also made numerous deposits in order to keep playing. I dont know if we as hardworking people should be spending out money in a casino that obviously does not exceed or try to exceed its deadline time. I have played at other casinos and in 2 weeks you had your money, this is ridiculous, if you win, be prepared to wait more than a month and to get the run around on the chat and on the phone. Planet 7 does not care (in my opinion) and that is very sad, please be careful. my user name is mackey04 if planet 7 cares to offer a more valid explanation.

I had a chat with the CS team and they put me on hold for about 10 minutes and came back with tracking info. They gave me the information for the tracking. It is a fed ex tracking and to be honest with you it doesnt make much sense being that the day it was sent it was already in a city that was 2 hrs away from here and Secondly the tracking information hasnt changed in 4 days and not much detailed information. My address is no where on the tracking information it just has my city and state (????)However, it is scheduled for delivery on friday 12/27/13, and at this point seeing is believing so I will confirm when it arrives, and is successfully cashed.
