Planet 7 Casino pulling their bonus.
After playing at Planet 7 Casino for a year now, they offered the "unlimited" bonus of "Mycard210". With no playthrough or minimum/maximum payout. I like those type of bonuses, even though they are smaller, because of the playthrough. I went to deposit today and I am barred from using that bonus anymore because I am a "skilled" player. Even though I have never withdrawn money from them, I am banned from using this bonus. Per the chat teller, management said I am a risk?????? From what?????

You are not excluded of using this coupon. Somehow the coupon is not allowing players to redeem it more than once. Please contact CS after making any deposit and before starting to play to claim this coupon and get it manually credited.

As mentioned above; player is entitled to claim their bonuses to be credited manually anytime by Planet7 CS.
RTG technical issue with that bonus is still pending to be solved but that should not affect the player.
